Clark family wins 2007 Makeover Contest

Congratulations to the Clark family for winning our 2007 Home Performance with ENERGY STAR® Makeover Contest.

The Clarks were selected from thousands of applicants to receive up to $50,000 of energy efficiency upgrades to the southern Colorado Springs home, which was described as very inefficient – hot in the summer and chilly in the winter.

Improvements will include increased insulation and air sealing, new heating equipment, windows and lighting. As a result, the Clarks will experience a significant drop in their energy bill.
