We provide assistance to our customers by working with the development community, the City of Colorado Springs and the individual property owner. We ensure utility infrastructure is built to Colorado Springs Utilities design specifications. Safe and cost-effective design is emphasized while recognizing that quality utility installations enable us to provide optimal reliability and lower prices to our community and citizen owners.
In addition, we assist our community by providing information regarding private service lines, easements, un-sewered areas and low-income housing.
