The role we play in providing utility services to the community can be broken down into two major stages depending on the need for the land: the Infrastructure Stage, and the Providing Commodity and Services Stage.

Before any structures are built on a piece of land, we will assist you with the design and installation of the utility infrastructure to the site. By assisting with the design of the utility infrastructure we will help you ensure that the system will meet our Line Extension and Service Standards. This will minimize any rework and/or redesign and allow us to have an intelligently designed system which will be safe and efficient to maintain.
