Online Bill Payment
Sign up online through your bank or credit union to have utilities payments deducted from your bank account on the bill due date. Free
AutoPay
Apply now to have utilities payments automatically deducted from your bank account on the bill due date. Combine with Budget Billing to have the same amount removed from your account each month. Free
Payment Drop Box
For your convenience, we have payment drop boxes at several locations throughout the city. Find a location near you. Free

If you have any questions regarding your bill, please call us at 448-4800. A representative can assist you between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. You can also call our One Touch Instant Service (OTIS) phone system at 448-4848 to receive account information. If you prefer to speak to a representative in person, please stop by the Customer Service Center between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

*Credit card, debit card and electronic check payments are processed through Western Union® Speedpay® and include a convenience fee from Western Union® on your credit card or bank statement.

  • The convenience fee is paid per utilities account per payment.
