Development services assists the development community by:

• Processing gas main line extension requests
• Providing utility service availability information and Will Service letters
• Coordinating easement and right-of-way vacations with the City of Colorado Springs
• Facilitating agreements and interaction with surrounding utility districts
• Reviewing annexation agreements
• Initiating and managing water and wastewater recovery agreements
• Resolving landscape/utility issues
• Responding to individual sewage disposal permit requests from El Paso County
• Facilitate coordination with the City of Colorado Springs on development related issues
