Electronically Commutated Motors (ECM) - 2012 application
Replace fractional HP standard motor with an ECM motor (Walk-in/reach-in cooler/freezer, HVAC fan powered VAV box, fan coil, furnace) to receive $400 for each fractional HP, SP or PSCs motors that are retrofitted with a new Electronically Commutated Motor.  Minimum 25 Watts for SP (shaded pole) motors and 1/6 HP for PSC (Permanent Split Capacitor) motors.

 

Synchronous Belts and Pulleys - 2012 application
Replace standard belts with synchronous belts and pulleys to receive a rebate of $9.50 for each belt and pulley replacement (requires changing both belt and sprockets) multiplied times the horsepower (HP) rating of each motor, with a minimum of a 5HP motor replacement. 

  

Motor Rebate - 2012 application
Replace burned out motors with new motors and receive from $9 up to $400 per motor depending on the motor size and the numbers of motors replaced.
