Want more from your windows? Ask for NFRC label-certified commercial windows to reduce energy bills, increase comfort, reduce condensation, and achieve precisely the look you’re after.

Windows, doors and other such products are recognized as energy efficient as rated according to the standards of the National Fenestration Rating Council (NFRC). The NFRC is a nonprofit organization created by the window, door and skylight industry and is composed of manufacturers, suppliers, builders, architects and designers, specifiers, code officials, utilities, and government agencies. The NFRC label provides the only reliable way to determine energy properties and thus compare the energy-efficiency of products. The labels provide ratings for U-factor, solar heat gain coefficient, and visible light transmittance, as well as optional ratings for air leakage and condensation resistance.

Use the guide below to choose the correct rebate form for your needs.

Please include with your application:
1) receipt(s)/contract and
2) The NFRC Label Certificate Form, which includes the NFRC logo and the U-factor, solar heat gain coefficient and visible transmittance of the certified products installed on a building (sample certificates).

At the end of the application process you may upload or e-mail copies of these along with your application.
