EFT is a safe, reliable way to pay your utilities bill. When you authorize EFT, you are giving us permission to withdraw the amount of each utilities bill from the bank account you designate. The withdrawals are done by your financial institution. Your monthly bank statement will inform you of the withdrawal each month. What if my banking information changes?
