Just getting started? Compact Fluorescent Lamps (CFL) are an easy beginning to your path of savings. ENERGY STAR qualified CFLs last ten times longer than incandescent bulbs and they use four times less energy. We have partnered with local stores to offer you $1 off. There is no limit to how many CFLs you can buy. Participants must be Colorado Springs Utilities electric customers. Visit one of the following retailers to receive your discount for every CFL you purchase with the presentation of an in-store coupon.
