Our Sponsorship Program supports local community projects and nonprofit events while strengthening the awareness of our participation in the community. Projects or events that are eligible for corporate sponsorship should be finite in nature, located and serve citizens within our service territory or locations impacted by our operations. Please note that law prohibits us from providing free or preferred-priced utilities to any entity including tax-exempt organizations.
There are no more sponsorship funds available for 2010, only requests for temporary electric connections are currently being accepted.
The deadline for 2011 sponsorship applications is December 10, 2010.

The following required documents must be received by 5 p.m. December 10, 2010. No faxed documents accepted.
- List of all levels of corporate sponsorship for each event requested. Please indicate sponsor recognition and benefits at each level.
- List of current Board of Directors and their affiliation.
If you have these documents available electronically, you may send them as e-mail attachments in one or more of the following formats: Microsoft Word or Excel documents or Adobe Acrobat document (.pdf). Use the link in the automatic e-mail notification you will receive after submitting this application to e-mail these required documents.
Hard copy supporting documents can be mailed to: Colorado Springs Utilities Sponsorship Program, P.O. Box 1103, MC 950, Colorado Springs, CO 80947-0950. Or they may be dropped off at 121 S. Tejon Street, Plaza of the Rockies-South Tower, 5th floor located on the corner of Tejon Street and Colorado Avenue. Parking is available in the City Parking Garage at Nevada Avenue and Colorado Avenue.
If you received a sponsorship grant from Colorado Springs Utilities in 2010 and have not yet submitted samples of that sponsorship recognition, please include them with the required documents. |
