Consolidated Billing

Consolidated Billing is a free service for commercial and residential customers with multiple accounts. It coordinates all monthly bills for your different service addresses into a single bill cycle and due date.

  • Its' FREE!
  • Allows customers with multiple properties to coordinate them so that they are on the same billing schedule.
  • Customers can have more than one consolidated bill. For example, three accounts could be consolidated on one bill/read cycle and two different accounts could be consolidated on another bill/read cycle.

Guidelines for eligibility:

  • Please read the Consolidated Billing FAQ
  • Accounts must be current at the time of sign up (no past due balance). If one of the
    consolidated accounts does become past due, the customer may be removed from
    Consolidated Billing
  • Cannot be one time / miscellaneous billing
  • May only consolidate accounts once within a 12 month period. If a new property is  
    added in your name, it may be eligible for consolidated billing.
  • Person completing the form must be listed on the account. Please complete a Consent for Release of Customer Information form if you intend to add or change names on the account.
  • Accounts must have the same mailing address and name
  • There is a two account minimum to consolidate

How to enroll:

  1. Simply download the election and acknowledgement form
  2. Complete all the required information.
  3. Mail it or fax it back to us.

Please note, that to complete your request, your application form must have all the information filled out correctly and legibly. Please allow one full bill cycle before Consolidated Billing takes effect.
