Colorado Springs Utilities and the Energy Resource Center (ERC) have partnered to provide free energy and water efficiency improvements for qualified residential customers. These improvements include air leakage testing, weatherization and insulation upgrades, furnace tune-ups and refrigerator, toilet and showerhead replacements.
