The Governor's Energy Office (GEO) will offer rebates to Colorado residents and businesses who install energy efficiency or renewable energy measures in their home. For  information, visit the GEO Website.

Proof of identification
State law mandates that anyone 18 years of age or older must prove lawful presence in the United States in order to receive non-emergency public benefits, which includes rebates from Colorado Springs Utilities.

To prove lawful presence in the United States, you must produce a form of identification accepted by the Colorado Department of Revenue. Visit the Colorado Department of Revenue’s Website for information about valid forms of identification.
