Beware of persons posing as utilities employees
Recently, an individual posing as a utilities worker allegedly coordinated a home invasion at a local apartment complex.
We would like to remind customers that all employees are required to possess official picture identification that contains an employee ID number. If the employee has arrived unannounced and requests access to the home, customers should ask for picture identification, and if still concerned about the validity of the visit, can call us at 448-4800 before allowing the employee into their home.
Customers are asked to report suspicious activity immediately to local police and Springs Utilities.
