Colorado Water 2012. These quarterly book reviews will offer live and recorded video, webinar and Facebook blogs. The focus is on Colorado authors writing about Colorado water.

Xeriscape Garden Tour (at Colorado Springs Utilities’ Conservation and Environmental Center): Is Xeriscape for you? Spend an hour seeing what's possible with Xeriscape. Wednesdays, 4 - 5:30 p.m. in June, July and August; call 719-668-8232 to register.
Water at the Garden (at Garden of the Gods Visitor Center, 1805 N. 30th Street): Will the kissing camels kiss forever? Where did the famous picture of the reflecting lake in Garden of the Gods Park come from? Discover how water designed the beautiful rock formations. Wetlands Restoration from Rocky Mountain Field Institute: spend a day on Pikes Peak restoring wetlands and learning about sensitive areas along the Pikes Peak Highway (for ages 16 to adult or 13+ with adult).
