ElectricIf you use our online outage map or mobile app to report an outage, you can request a call back when service has been restored. This is for electric service only and through the outage reporting tool, not in My Account.

Taking care of business on your mobile device is convenient and saves time. To simplify how you handle your utilities billing and payment experience, sign up for our text alerts.

Especially handy during the irrigation season, you'll receive an alert when your water use reaches 50% of Tier I and again at 50% of Tier II.

Sign up to receive an alert 5 days before your bill is due and when a payment has been posted to your account.


Go paperless and receive an email or text alert when your bill is ready to view online. You can always access past bills online.

How do you sign up for these alerts and notifications?

Sign in to My Account (in the blue box to the right) – or create an online account if you don’t already have one. Once you're in your account, look for the notifications link to the left. Then, confirm the email(s) and/or cell phone number(s) where you would like to receive messages and choose the notifications you'd like to receive.

If you select text message alerts, watch your phone for a text to verify your request.

Want to pay your bill by text or email?

Through KUBRA EZ-PAY, you can even pay your bill by text or email. Set-up is easy. Have your account number handy and set your preferences through the Smart Settings in our KUBRA EZ-PAY portal.
