Please note that in order to complete your request, your faxed or mailed in application must include a voided check (checking account) or voided deposit slip (savings account).

Will I still receive a utilities bill?
Yes, unless you are enrolled in eBilling. You will still receive an itemized utilities bill indicating the AutoPay withdrawal amount. If you are in eBilling, you will continue to receive an email when your bill is available for viewing online.
How safe is AutoPay?
AutoPay is a safe, reliable way to pay your utilities bill. When you enroll in AutoPay, you authorize your financial institution to withdraw the amount of your utilities bill from the bank account you designate and pay us directly. Your monthly bank statement will inform you of the withdrawal each month.
What if my banking information changes?
Go online and update your banking information in My Account or complete a new form with the updated information and include the date required to activate your new account.

Yes. In order to complete your request, your application must include a voided check (checking account) or voided deposit slip (savings account).
