Ideal for high school government, history, economics and civics classes, this classroom presentation covers where Colorado Springs obtains its water supply and how we have the legal right to beneficially use it. Students actively participate in a water rights game to understand how rights can be bought, sold and traded.
The program lasts 50 minutes, with a maximum class size of 35 students. Please provide a table, computer and projector. Review program outline and program alignment with Colorado Department of Education Academic Standards.
