The primary focus of the Utilities Board is balancing rates, reliability and relationships for current and future Colorado Springs Utilities customers.

Our Strategic Plan helps guide us toward sustaining fiscal responsibility, planning for long-term reliable service, managing risk and identifying opportunities to attract and retain a diverse workforce while always trying to satisfy our valued customers.

The Strategy Map illustrates the Colorado Springs Utilities’ roadmap for future success and includes five actionable Strategic Objectives which set a vision for the organization.
