The clean, reliable water supply for Colorado Springs is the result of careful planning. Not located near a major waterway, the water supply for the community is brought through pipelines from other parts of the state.
Settlers began addressing water supply in the early 1870s and the work continues today. We carefully manage every drop of water in service to the community.
