As a community-owned utility, we use an open, competitive bidding process to deliver the best value for our ratepayers.

To participate in the bidding process, you must register with us as a supplier.

Once registered, suppliers will receive notifications about solicitations based on the categories your company selected.

All new solicitations are managed through the SOVRA BidNet platform. SOVRA BidNet is a leading procurement solution built specifically for the public and government sector. The platform embeds best practices and ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

If you’re not already registered as a supplier in SOVRA BidNet, please register to access and participate in our solicitations.
