We're hosting a community meeting to review a recreational impact study in the North Slope Recreation Area of Pikes Peak. The review of recreational impacts will help inform future management of the popular visitor destination.
We are collaborating with Pikes Peak-America’s Mountain and other stakeholders to conduct the comprehensive review, with a specific look at recreational impacts to the watershed and the three drinking water reservoirs within the North Slope Recreation Area that we own and operate.
In addition to this meeting, you can provide your input in a community survey or attend a virtual meeting on June 12 from 6 to 7 p.m.
