As a resident of Colorado Springs, you own your utility. This means you have a voice in utilities decisions.
Your input at Utilities Board and Utilities Policy Advisory Committee meetings is included in our decision-making process. Each month you have an opportunity to speak at each of these meetings on any topic that is of concern to you and let your voice be heard. If you aren’t able to join in person or attend virtually via Microsoft Teams, you can also send an email to the Utilities Board at ub@csu.org.

Customers Count Panel
The Customers Count Panel is a select group of residential customers who act as our sounding board in the community. By providing your feedback, you will help shape programs and services for the future and raise awareness of customer expectations.
How it works
Once you have joined, we will email links to surveys from time to time. Each survey covers a specific topic.
For each one you complete, you earn survey points. Once you earn 10 points, you're eligible for a $10 incentive from brands like Amazon, Lowe’s, Walmart and more.
