If you think you’re going to have difficulty paying your bill on time, please call us at 448-4800 or 800-238-5434 or visit My Account before it is due. We’ll be happy to work with you to determine if you are eligible for a payment extension or one of our available customer assistance programs.
Please keep in mind that not all customers are eligible for a payment extension through My Account or our phone system. To be eligible:
- A payment must have been posted to your account within the past 60 days.
- The full past due amount needs to be posted within five calendar days of the discontinuance due date.
- Your account can not be enrolled in Budget Billing or AutoPay.
