If you think you may have difficulty paying your bill on time, please contact us before it is due. We’ll be happy to work with you on a payment plan or help you find another customer assistance program.

Payment Extension
If you need a little extra time to make a payment, whether you're out of town or need to get your next paycheck, a payment extension may be an option.

You can make arrangements for a payment extension online in My Account, or by calling 448-4800 and going through our automated phone system or speaking with a representative. 

Payment Plan
If your financial situation requires more than a few extra days to pay your bill, we may be able to arrange a payment plan to fit your needs. From making smaller, more frequent payments until things are better to long-term solutions to get you caught up over time, we'll do our best to work with your situation.

Skip a Payment
Sometimes  all you need is an extra month. We'll work with you to skip a payment and roll your current bill to the next month or coming months.
