If you completed an online start service application form between March 14 and March 26, we apologize but the form was not working correctly. Please either submit another application or call us to schedule your start service. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Starting service

If you are new to the Colorado Springs area and need to apply for service, you can complete our Service Application Form. You can also call 448-4800 or 800-238-5434 and we'll be happy to assist you. Please contact us at least one business day in advance of your desired start date.

Please have the following information available:
  • The name and Social Security Number for the main contact on the account.
  • The names for everyone else you'll list on the account.
  • The new service address (and mailing address if different from the service address).
  • Requested start date.

Transferring service

If you're a customer with active service and are moving from one address to another within the Colorado Springs area, login to My Account and complete a transfer of service request and let us know when to take the service out of your name at one address and start your service at your new location. You can also call us at 448-4800 to set up a transfer of service.

Stopping service

If you are moving out of the Colorado Springs area, login to My Account and complete a stop service request to let us know when you would like us to discontinue service to your current address. Please contact us at least one business day in advance of your desired stop date and have the following information available:

  • The date you want to stop the service.
  • Your forwarding mailing address.
