One of the ways we engage with the community is through our Utilities Policy Advisory Committee (UPAC).
UPAC is an advisory committee of the Utilities Board that reviews, analyzes and provides recommendations on specific issues or policies based on requests by the Board. It is comprised of volunteers from around the community. In order to be considered for a UPAC position, one must reside within Colorado Springs Utilities’ service territory. There are seven regular (voting) UPAC members and two alternates.
UPAC meetings are the first Wednesday of each month at 8 a.m. in the Blue River Board Room on the fifth floor of the South Tower in the Plaza of the Rockies (121 S. Tejon Street). All meetings are open to the public. Residents are invited to comment during general discussion near the end of each meeting.
