We will install more than 18,000 feet of water main along Marksheffel Road between Peterson Space Force Base’s East Gate and Drennan Road. This water construction project will improve water service reliability and water system redundancy.
The 30-inch and 24-inch water mains will be installed by Spring 2026.
Traffic impacts
The majority of traffic impacts are speed reductions and lane shifts along Marksheffel. Drivers should not expect permanent lane closures or blocked access for the remainder of the project.
