Ya se ha completado el proyecto de estabilización del cauce de Dry Creek

We placed two sculpted concrete cross vanes next to the multi-use pedestrian trail. Cross vanes stabilize the channel, reduce erosion, and help protect critical wastewater infrastructure.

This drop structure has not yet been color stained. Color staining is a finishing treatment that helps the structure blend in with the natural landscape.

Hemos finalizado los trabajos de instalación de estructuras de hormigón y roca en Dry Creek, en el barrio de Hunters Point, al noroeste de Colorado Springs.

Esta primavera, hemos instalado 11 estructuras de caída de hormigón esculpido y 11 aletas transversales de hormigón esculpido para ayudar a gestionar la escorrentía y prevenir los daños causados por la erosión.

La instalación de estas estructuras supuso un coste total de 1,7 millones de dólares. Esta inversión evita daños en las tuberías de aguas residuales, lo que garantiza un servicio fiable y protege tanto la salud pública como el medio ambiente.

Acabamos de finalizar los trabajos de revegetación de la zona con pastos autóctonos y de reapertura de los senderos cercanos.
